The following work proposes an intervention on data recorders due to job boredom through the ‘job crafting’ technique. Job boredom is a psychological state of demotivation towards work that generates a loss of perceived well-being in the person. On the other hand, job crafting is the ability to redesign the job without undermining its main objective. In this intervention proposal, the main questionnaires for measuring the explained constructs such as the Job Crating Scale (Tims et al, 2021), the design of the intervention, the description of the sample, and the defined intervention steps will be presented. With this intervention, based on the principles of self-knowledge of the activities carried out at work, the aim is to improve the worker’ work engagement, variables that will alter and reduce boredom at work.
